These Terms & Conditions govern the appliance repair and installation services provided by Brooklyn's Superior Appliance Repair. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, requesting, or receiving any service from Brooklyn's Superior Appliance Repair ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

We provide diagnosis, repair, and installation of household and light-commercial appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, stoves, washers, dryers, and dishwashers. Services are performed by trained, licensed, and insured technicians across Brooklyn, NY.

3. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

Before any repair work begins, our technician will provide an upfront, flat-rate estimate. Work proceeds only after you approve the estimate. Prices may change if additional faults are discovered, in which case we will inform you and obtain approval before continuing.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking.

4. Diagnostic & Trip Fees

A diagnostic or trip fee may apply for a technician to assess your appliance. Where applicable, this fee is typically credited toward the total cost of the repair if you proceed with the recommended service.

5. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and the surrounding work area. An adult (18 or older) must be present for the duration of the appointment.

  • Please clear the area around the appliance before our technician arrives.
  • Ensure pets are secured and the work space is safe and accessible.
  • Inform us of any known hazards at the property in advance.

6. Warranty

Completed repairs are backed by our 90-day warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated in writing. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions, or new issues that arise after service. The warranty is void if the appliance is serviced or modified by a third party.

7. Parts

We use quality OEM or equivalent replacement parts. Some repairs require special-order parts, which may require a deposit and may be non-refundable once ordered. Availability and lead times for certain parts are outside our control.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please review it for notice requirements and any applicable fees.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the appliance and the issue, for backing up or removing any valuables or food from the appliance where relevant, and for ensuring the appliance is suitable and safe to be serviced.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of food, spoilage, or pre-existing damage to the appliance or property.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, if an appliance is beyond economical repair, or if the work cannot be performed to a safe and proper standard.

12. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above reflecting the latest revision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn (Kings County), New York.
